2. Services

WowWeddingz provides professional photography and videography services. Details of each package or service are provided on our website and will be outlined in a written agreement prior to booking.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings require a non-refundable advance payment to confirm the date.
Service Payment: This payment covers photography/videography services and must be fully paid on the day of the wedding event.
Album Payment: This payment is due after the client completes the selection of album images and must be paid in full before album editing begins.
Final deliverables (photos, videos, albums) will only be provided after all payments have been cleared.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 14 days' notice for cancellations. Advance payments are non-refundable. If a reschedule is required, we will try our best to accommodate the new date based on availability.

5. Content Ownership

All images and videos captured remain the intellectual property of WowWeddingz. We may use them for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

6. User Conduct

Users must not use our website to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, or harmful. We reserve the right to restrict access to our website for abusive or inappropriate behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best service possible, WowWeddingz is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from delays, technical issues, or force majeure events beyond our control.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of the website will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
